Photographer Theron Humphrey rescued a coonhound named Maddie.
During a year long cross-country road trip together, Humphrey discovered
Maddie's amazing balance and patience. He has posted quirky
photographs
of Maddie gracefully & happily standing
on pretty much anything and everything from shopping cart, to suitcases to a
horse and people. She has become the four-legged Internet sensation. They just
released an amazing book, Maddie on Things.
In the foreword of his book Humphrey wrote "Good things seem to start that way. You
know, small." Committing to something and sticking to it is how we grow."
He & Maddie give me hope that make the right choices to do things that
make me happy. Life is too short to be miserable & unhappy. I love my
two dogs, Houby & Junka, so very much. I love to do things that allow me to
have them around me as much as possible. Making healthy wholesome yummy treats
for them & my other furry friends is my passion. I’m hopeful that a
year from now I’ll be able to look back at Yappy Bones and say the same thing -
start small, commit & stick to it that is how we grow.....
Do you know Maddie, now,
makes an appearance in her very own iPhone app? So now you can put Maddie on
things too!
